SILVER SPUR ELEMENTARY PTA
General PTA meetings are held in the Silver Spur Elementary School MPR on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:30 am unless otherwise noted. Please check the school calendar for further details. We hope to see you there!
Silver Spur Elementary School is a leader in education and educational programming. The Silver Spur PTA is committed to providing the highest quality programs for our students. State funding for PVPUSD students has decreased throughout the last decade - therefore theSilver Spur PTA works to close the gap. Your donations made to the PTA provide our school with the funds required to support supplemental programs, teaching and classroom supplies, technological and capital improvements. Silver Spur PTA funds are used to pay for site-specific, tangible items, at our school whereas funds raised through the Peninsula Education Foundation (PEF) are used to secure our dedicated faculty and staff – both at Silver Spur and throughout PVPUSD.
The Silver Spur Elementary PTA is dedicated to supporting our school by pledging to raise funds to support essential programs and supplemental education for the 2017-2018 school year. Your donation to our Commitment to Kids Campaign, as well as to our various fundraisers throughout the year, will ensure that our students will continue participating in these extraordinary programs.
