Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we adjust to our school closure. Please bear with us as we embark on this new journey through uncharted waters, mindful that we are all working very hard, learning to navigate through this new system together, creating successful learning experiences for all of our students. Hopefully this is not all too overwhelming. We want to make sure that you have some great academic resources. We will update as needed and are flexible as this is all new to us as well.
Many of our lessons will be accessed online through our district portal . Please go to portal. pvpusd.net and enter your child’s username and password to enter the portal. Thank you for your patience and support as we jump in together, and let me know if you have any questions. Be well, stay healthy, and give your little one a hug from me!
Posting Assignments During the School Closure
Posting work online during school closure
Dear Room 11 Families,
What a whirlwind of a week! You and your sweet children are on my heart. I hope all of us come out of this stronger and unaffected on the other side of this. In the meantime here are some steps we are taking together.
While nothing will replace a classroom experience, the intent in providing this online work will be to offer opportunities for our students to access the curriculum and practice their skills during this time. I will be posting assignments here that will give them this practice, and give you information about what your child can be doing at home . If you haven't already, please click on the "Subscribe" button so when I make an update, you will receive a notification. I will also be sending you emails through Aeries. Now would be a good time to also go to portal.pvpusd.net and check and make sure you are able to access the portal for your child. Their usernames and passwords are on the back of their binders. We have not been able to get into the school to gather our plan-books and materials yet either, but will be posting lessons online shortly. In the meantime, please stay healthy and stay safe. Give your little one a big hug from me.
Thank you and I will be updating again soon!
