Hi,

We will cover progress reports 1st, then attendance letters.

I’ve invited the intermediate attendance staff to join us at 3:15, we should be long done, but I just want to be sure everyone has successfully sent out their progress reports first, and then give you a short break to “switch gears”. If another staff member at your campus is doing only a specific part, please have that person join at either 2:30 or 3:15 respectively.
