Hi team!
I hope this Tuesday finds you well. For the past few months the district administration has been working to transition us from DocuSign to a new platform called “Informed K-12”. The goal is to transition all current forms in DocuSign as well as eventually other district forms that are still only available in paper versions. Our digitized workflow system, Informed K-12, is almost ready.
Please feel free to forward this to other staff that may not be listed here that may be impacted by this shift.
We are offering two training opportunities (these are the same trainings, so only attend one):

Option 2: Wednesday, March 19th 8:30 – 9 a.m. (You will receive)
Both options will be offered via zoom, but if you don’t have a work-space conducive to participating in an online meeting, you are welcome to join us a Malaga Cove. We have booked Room 10, will have chromebooks available and will be projecting the zoom on the screen so staff can participate in the zoom and follow along.
