- Try the Google Chrome Incognito or the Mozilla Firefox Private browser using a desktop/laptop or clear cache and history if you are experiencing problems. Please use the Forgot Password? link below the Aeries Parent/Student portal and follow the prompts to reset your password.
- ▢ View Only Current Term should be unchecked under Classes (video).
- Please visit the Aeries Help webpage before creating the Technology Support Ticket.
- Log in to the portal.pvpusd.net with the Student ID: 5XXXXX and the password
- Sign into the Google Classroom by clicking the icon and enter the 5XXXXX@pvpusd.net with the password
- Update your password: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx
- If you are having problems with your credential:
- New students: please double check your password with your teacher.
- Returning students: please fill out the Technology Support Ticket.
- Technology support that cannot be resolved by the Silver Spur staff will get escalated to the District Technology Dept.
